The location has been independently reviewed as A class on the basis of the new Polish benchmark standards for classifying offices, created in partnership by the well known UK architectural practice Rolfe Judd and CB Richard Ellis. These new standards were in consultation with, and have the support of major office developers in Poland including AIG Lincoln, Bouygues Immobilier, Ghelamco, GTC, Heitman, Hines, Hochtief, ING RE, Skanska, UBM, Yareal.
