The building is designed by the prestigious and award winning architectural studio Kuryłowicz & Associates (APA), one of the leading design studios in Poland which specializes in designs of large scale structures and aims at high quality and modern structures.
The building will be a seven storey L-shaped structure. The longer arm of the building will be constructed along Legnicka Street which guarantees good exposition of the front facade. The windows of the facade will face south which will allow maximum daylight into the building.
